Box Office Policies and Proceedures

The Lyric has been very fortunate to have the Ferst Center box Office handle all of our ticketing needs for productions at both the Ferst Center and The Byers Studio Theatre. Some of those needs include:

SEASON SUBSCRIPTION MAILINGS:
The Ferst Center Box Office prints and mails season subscriptions approximately one to two months in advance of The Lyric's first performance. 2006-07 Atlanta Lyric Theatre subscriptions were mailed mid-September to arrive before Jekyll & Hyde (November 3-5, 2006). All single ticket sales are held at will-call until the day of the performance.

TICKET EXCHANGES:
As a valued subscriber, Atlanta Lyric Theatre waives your ticket exchange fees. Non-subscribers must pay $2 for this service. In order to exchange your tickets to another performance, the Ferst Center requires that you return your current tickets before being issued new ones and that the exchange take place at least 48 hours in advance of either performance date. In order to satisfy these requirements, you may do one of the following:- Exchange your tickets in person at the Ferst Center Box Office (see business hours below)- Mail your tickets to the Ferst Center Box Office with a request for exchange (please remember to include your name and to what day you would like to exchange your tickets in the request)- Write VOID on or tear in half your current tickets and fax a copy of them to the Ferst Center Box Office at 404-894-0228.

Since we perform at both the Ferst Center for the Arts and The Byers Studio Theatre, please make sure that you have the correct venue and directions before coming to see a production at The Lyric. The Lyric will happily mail you multiple copies of directions upon request.

FERST CENTER BOX OFFICE CONTACT INFORMATION:
The Ferst Center Box Office can be reached by mail at 349 Ferst Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30332-0468. It is located on the campus of Georgia Tech in the Student Services Building, adjacent to the Ferst Center. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Ferst Center Box Office relocates to its performance venue one hour before show time. Please call the Ferst Center Box Office at 404-894-9601 to verify business hours before traveling.

FERST CENTER BOX OFFICE PARKING:
Did you know the visitor's lot located adjacent to the Ferst Center Box Office has 15-minute complimentary parking for those visiting the Ferst Center Box Office? Simply park in the visitor's lot and if your Box Office visit is less than fifteen minutes, your parking fee is waived. Did you also know that campus travel is easiest around 3:00 p.m. when most classes dismiss?
